At Grazinova, all of our products are digital downloads. Because these products are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final.

Once payment is completed and the file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, due to the nature of digital content.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered only if:

• The file is corrupted or not accessible

• The wrong file was delivered

• A verified technical issue prevents use of the product
